Do I have to rent a car?
This itinerary is designed for travelers who will rent a car or will hire a guide & driver during their trip. Pull up your Google Maps and follow your GPS to each stop.
When should we leave each day?
We recommend leaving by 9:30 am each day at the latest so you can beat the afternoon heat and humidity on the coast or plan to be in the water the hottest part of the day.
We recommend multiple activities at each stop and you can decide what to do and how much time to spend at each location.
How much will everything cost?
Some stops are free. The museum & archeological sites will have an entrance fee. You can either purchase the Turkey Museum Pass or pay your entrance fee at the places you choose to visit.
How much walking or driving is involved each day?
There are some days you will need a car or driver for transportation depending on what stops you choose. Walking distances will vary greatly for each guest, and what you choose to do or not do, but the Digital map will show you how much walking you might end up doing in a day.

Absolutely! Our itineraries are good for families with kids 6+ years old. If you have younger kids, most of the activities work for families with kids.

The map works best when you have data. It will allow you to get directions when you need it. In the Trip & Culture Guide, we’ve included ways to have data on your phone so you can stay connected during your trip.
